Construction & Materials

Each Vanguard DuoSonic SC is meticulously assembled in small batches in the USA to ensure consistent tonal quality. The Alnico?V magnets provide a robust magnetic field that accentuates harmonic content, while the enamel-coated copper wire reduces eddy-current losses for crisp transient response. The bobbins are injection-molded from high-temperature thermoplastic for resonance and durability, and the nickel-plated steel baseplate offers effective shielding against EMI. A complete wax-potting process secures the coils, preventing microphonic feedback.

Returns: Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Custom-made guitars are non-returnable but can be repaired if defective due to a manufacturer error.

Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to returns, unless we shipped the wrong item.
