Description

Emerson Custom's 3-Way tele kits are their most sought-after prewired kit, and rightfully so; they enhance your tone! There's immense pride in utilizing superior components that surpass the standard guitar electronics in performance and sound. Emerson kits feature meticulously hand-metered pots, ensuring consistency and a smooth taper for both volume and tone controls, allowing for precise adjustments without muddiness. The kits also boast Emerson Paper in Oil capacitors, renowned for their exceptional sound quality. Each kit is carefully hand wired in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA, with a focus on excellent soldering and cleanliness and are designed for durability and longevity.  We believe you'll notice and appreciate the attention to detail, both in sound and appearance, that each kit offers.

Reverse Control Plate Setup: Volume, Tone & 3-way Switch. (Volume Control is parallel to the bridge pickup for players that like to use their volume knob a lot for swells and more overall control). Due to the nature of "flipping your controls" you may have to modify your existing cavity route by lengthening the area underneath the control plate to fit the reverse control layout.

This is a 3-Way Tele® prewired assembly for Telecaster® and similar guitars featuring 2 single coil pickups. It will drop into most American Fender® Teles with no modification.

Wired with 22 AWG vintage push-back wire for that vintage look and sound. Soldered connections to the input jack are insulated with heat-shrink to ensure durability and long life. If you are installing this on an import guitar with metric sized pots, you may need to ream your control plate holes to accept the slightly larger US-Spec pots and buy US-Spec knobs.
