SMS Messaging Program

Mythic Guitar Company sends text messages to customers about their order, repair, or custom build. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages on this program.

How you opt in

There are three ways a customer consents to receive our text messages:

  1. Facebook / Instagram lead form. When you submit an enquiry through one of our Meta lead ads, the form includes a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and is not required in order to submit the form. Checking it opts you in to text messages about your enquiry.
  2. Contact form on this website. Our contact form includes a consent checkbox, unchecked by default and not required in order to submit.
  3. Texting us first. If you text our published business number, we will reply by text.

Program terms

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email mythicguitarco@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party under any circumstance.
