LEVIATHAN 8

(8-String – Flagship Tier)

Mythic Leviathan 8-String Electric Guitar – Fishman Fluence Modern – EverTune – USA Built

Eight strings, built in Austin, and set up to stay where you put it. This is the one for players who have run out of room at the bottom of a six and want an instrument that holds together down there instead of turning to mud.

The bridge is an EverTune, and ours is not a bought-in part — Mythic is a certified EverTune installer and routes and fits them in-house, including for guitars EverTune themselves will not take on. On an eight-string that matters more than it does anywhere else: the low strings are the first thing to drift, and an EverTune simply does not let them. Tune it, and it stays tuned through the set, through the string bends, through the temperature change on a stage under lights.

Two Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers do the rest. They are not wound coils at all — the voice is printed into the core, so there is no hum to fight and no loss of definition when you dig in. Clean, they stay clear down to the lowest string. Driven, they stay articulate where a traditional pickup turns to noise.

A Tusq nut on a 25.5" scale, a bolt-on laminated neck, and a fretboard left unmarked on the face — side dots only, nothing to read past.
