Description

Allparts Select

Allparts “Select” represents the very best Allparts has to offer in terms of quality, features, and exclusivity.  Produced in limited batches using only the finest materials, our Select series replacement necks offer compelling combinations of highly desirable specifications and high-end appointments.

Model Overview

Officially licensed by Fender® and made to exacting quality standards in Japan using quartersawn roasted maple, this Select series “Vin-Mod” neck offers Jazzmaster® fans a compelling blend of vintage and modern specs.  With truss rod adjustment at the heel and 2-step vintage tuning key holes, this neck maintains a classic aesthetic.  Combined with a flatter modern 10” fretboard radius and 21 tall/narrow frets, players can expect enhanced comfort, easier string bending and a "best of both worlds" playing experience.  Unfinished, but spray-ready, this beauty is ready for your preferred finish.

Don't Let Unfinished Necks Fool You!

Why Quartersawn and Roasted?

Quartersawn wood blanks offer enhanced stability vs. the flatsawn neck blanks most necks are manufactured from.  Roasting the wood further enhances stability by reducing the moisture content down to around 7%.  The result is a more-resonant neck that’s stronger and less susceptible to changing weather conditions.
