STRING SUBSCRIPTIONS:
String subscriptions go on indefinitely until you cancel the order. You can do so by calling us, emailing us, or logging into your account on this website. 
We order the strings on the 1st of the month. Stringjoy can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill our orders! Once we receive the orders, we get them ready for shipping between the 15th to 25th. PLEASE do not cancel your order before you receive your strings for the month. 

WE ARE NOT A HUGE WAREHOUSE! We do not stock every item on our website. The majority of parts will need to be ordered from our suppliers, then shipped to you. It takes us between 1-5 business days to receive your parts before shipping them. As much as it pains us to say this, WE ARE NOT AMAZON!  BUT PLEASE be patient. By purchasing from us, you are helping a FAMILY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS to feed it’s staff and their families, instead of padding Jeff’s pockets.  PLEASE consider this before canceling your order for it “taking too long”.   With that said, if we have ordered your items, they will be subject to a %35 re-stocking fee, which also goes for any returned item that was not damaged in shipping, or otherwise broken. This is because OUR suppliers charge us this same fee. We will not eat the fee because you had a change of heart about a product you purchased from us. Again, we are not Amazon.
